RESEARCH $10.00 an hour (Free with ALL hosting packages)

Research is critical to the individuality of each business. There have been times when I have researched the information myself to help put a site together. This is fine as I learn a lot about different businesses enabling me to do less research in the future. Keep in mind the more time it takes me to research your business and your competition will result in an extended completion time and higher costs to you. By providing all the necessary information your site can be up and running within a week and in some cases, in as little as 24 hours.

CONSULTATION Free

This stage is very critical for me. During this time I enable myself to get on a more personal level with my clients and their business. This allows me to get a better understanding of their likes and dislikes as well as what they may want for their business. It helps me in developing the site the first time, leaving little to do on the finished product. I can usually get a general idea over the telephone in the first hour. I have provided additional hours free in the event you have questions throughout the year on saving money, setting up new pages, or just general questions you may have during your monthly maintenance.

DESIGN & LAYOUT $75.00 (Free with ALL hosting packages)

Every Website we design includes Main index, one linking page and one graphic. Now that I have some knowledge of the business and it's clientelle, I can begin. This knowledge helps me develop a user friendly site enabling your new clients to get around easier and transitioning in your current clients. This is important in keeping your current clients from leaving and building your business reputation with future clients. I generally will do a couple of different Designs and once they are all presented, I expect you to decide on the one you would like to use or offer changes to the ones I presented to better suit your needs.

GRAPHIC PROBLEMS $20.00 an hour (Free with ALL hosting packages)

The time it takes a graphic to load can be critical in keeping a prospective client. If you submit the graphic, I will compress it as much as possible. If I am unable to compress it to the point that the load time is faster, I will notify you before coming out and taking the pictures myself (within 150 miles of my physical location) or contracting someone to do it for me.

HOSTING Prices Vary

Hosting services are the most important factor in having an online presence. A service that continues to have problems with security and routing issues can significantly impair your transactions with your current and prospective clients. While researching various prospects for your business, I consider these factors along with associated costs for the services needed to support each individual company's needs.

STRUCTURE

This is where things become really critical. From graphic loading times to typos within the documents themselves. I am not perfect and would never profess to be but do expect input from my clients when they find a problem. Without your input, it may be weeks, even months before I notice a problem.

TROUBLESHOOTING $25.00 an hour (Free with ALL hosting packages)

We have spent many hours to get to this point and like you I want everything to work as planned. I go to the actual site and verify that ALL links are working, ALL graphics are loading in a reasonable amount of time and this is when I will start submitting your site to various search engines. The site needs to be out there and completed before the search engines will accept it. Even after submitting your site, they still have the right to refuse the submission but generallly don't unless there is a problem. Some search engines have started charging for submissions of which you will be seperately billed for. I will provide you with a list of these and their related charges prior to submitting your site, enabling you to decide which search engines you would like to be listed with.

THE FINISHED PRODUCT

This is the "Original Production". Now that your site is online, you may want to spend your time within the site itself and get comfortable with it. You also need to pay close attention to details here. Any changes which need to be made need to be done now. You will have one month from the actual online date to make any changes to the site. After which other charges will apply. Save yourself the extra cost by taking time to review your site with your clients, co-workers and/or friends!

We automatically repair or replace links reflecting any and all changes to your original site. In doing so, your clients will always be able to access your pages. If you host elsewhere, this includes troubleshooting problems which we are contracted to fix as well as others we may find. (you will be notified of all charges prior to the actual work.)
